NGOCC, in 2018 has planned to better coordinate and facilitate research surveys, policy analysis and information communication technology function for more effective evidence based advocacy and service delivery to MOs and other stakeholders. Further, NGOCC will review, develop and implement its Coordination and Communication Strategy, Advocacy Strategy and M&E Plan in its efforts to improve its coordination and monitoring and evaluation role especially with the planned restructuring of its membership to district levels. This will ensure a more robust and efficient way of mobilising member organisations and providing technical support on topical issues for advocacy and results reporting from an evidenced based perspective. RPAU is also a cross cutting unit through all the pillars while also focusing on organizational and programme monitoring and evaluation of interventions.
