2016 UNCHARTED WATERS: ENGAGING COMMUNITIES ON NATIONAL REFERENDUM

As an organization, NGOCC held the view that the National Referendum must be held separately from the 2016 General Elections as holding the two important processes together would be a recipe for confusion. This was informed by the interactions with the public and analysis and review meetings which the organization held. 

The Uncharted Waters- Engaging Communities on National Referendum is therefore, a pictorial account of the activities that were held under the Rapid Response Project supported by Zambia Governance foundation.
