Government Committed to Amending the Constitution- Hon Lubinda

Minister of Justice Hon. Given Lubinda and NGOCC Chairperson Sara H. Longwe

Justice Minister Hon. Given Lubinda has said Government is in the process of constituting a team of legal experts to look at the zero draft of the Zambian Constitution (Amendment No. 2 of 2016) to address some of the existing gaps.

However the minister submitted that Government has no resources for a Stand Alone National Referendum. He said this during a special interview sponsored by NGOCC on Prime TV, which will be aired on Friday 19th January 2018 at 20:30.
