Registration of Suppliers 2024-2026
The Non-governmental Gender Organisations’ Coordinating Council (NGOCC) is an umbrella network for gender-focused and women-led Non-governmental and Community Organisations, active in championing women’s empowerment and gender equity and equality in Zambia. In the 39 years of its existence, NGOCC has grown to be the focal point of the women’s movement in Zambia, with a total membership of 111, spread in all 10 provinces of Zambia and covering 68 districts.
NGOCC now invites applications from established and reputable companies to register as suppliers of goods and services for the period 2024 to 2026 in the following categories:
- GOODS
- Stationery and office supplies
- Office Equipment, accessories, and furniture
- Computers and Computer Consumables
- Motor vehicles
- SERVICES
- Printing, Typesetting, and Designing.
- Security services (including offices in Northwestern Province)
- Cleaning, Sanitary & Pest Control services
- Building construction, property maintenance and property management
- Motor vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Maintenance of office and IT equipment (including LAN, copiers, printers, fax machines, PABX, computers etc.)
- Translation Equipment
- Translators for IEC materials into local languages
- Oral Translators for local languages
- Maintenance and provision of fire-fighting equipment
- Hotels or Lodges offering accommodation and conference facilities.
- Outside catering services
- Travel & Tours
- Motor vehicle hire
- Insurance Services
- Management Consultancy
REQUIREMENTS
- Company Profile stating Company Directors and contact person.
- Copy of VAT certificate, Tax clearance certificate and TPIN certificate.
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Registration and other statutory bodies where applicable
- Other requirements are as stipulated on the application form obtainable from NGOCC on payment of a non-refundable fee of K500.00 to be paid upon collection of the Form.
- All completed applications should be marked “Registration of Suppliers for 2024 – 2026”.
- All applications should indicate the category being applied for.
